I'm studying Informatics Engineering, and most of my time goes to the seam between two things people usually keep apart — the engineering underneath and the interface on top. I like being on both sides of that line.
On one side I'm an engineer: I want to know how the request travels, where the data lives, and why the architecture is shaped the way it is. On the other I'm a designer: I notice spacing, contrast, and the small moments that make a technical product pleasant instead of merely functional.
What I enjoy building most isn't abstract — it's software wrapped around real workflows, for actual people and organizations, where the details quietly decide whether the thing gets used.
